I ordered a pair of shoes from 6pm and the shipping cost was reasonable. I hate when sites tack on some unnecessary fee at checkout, but this one didn’t feel like that at all. My order showed up fine, the total still stayed low, and overall I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me.

"Pretty good help when I needed it"
I had a small issue where my order update wasn’t showing correctly, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me in maybe a day or so, faster than I thought they would, and explained what was going on. It took a couple messages back and forth, but they eventually got it sorted out. Not totally perfect, but overall I’d say it was a decent experience...

The shoes showed up quicker than I expected, and I kept checking everything because I wasn’t totally sure at first. But the tags, the box, and all the details looked right to me. Maybe I overthought it a bit, but I’m happy with my order from 6pm.

I mostly use 6pm for shoes and jackets, and the prices are usually way better than what I’m seeing on other sites. The discounts actually feel legit too, not like those fake markdowns some places do. Shipping’s been fine for me as well. I pretty much check here first now whenever I don’t wanna pay full price.

I’d never ordered shoes from 6pm before, so I was kind of expecting something to be off, maybe the size or color, who knows. But nope, everything came right. The shoes were the exact pair I picked online, same color, correct size, and both shoes matched, which is always a relief. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no issues. I was checking the box like, okay, where’s the catch, but there wasn’t one. Happy with the whole thing and I’d order from them again...

I mostly shop on 6pm because they have such a big mix of things, like shoes and jackets and bags and kids stuff all in one spot, and even though the sizes can disappear quick sometimes I can usually still find something close to what I was looking for, plus it’s kind of nice for browsing when I don’t really have a plan because there are always different brands and styles popping up.

I had an issue with my order and wasn’t totally sure how to handle it, but my gut told me to just reach out to 6pm customer service instead of trying to figure it out on my own. I’m glad I did. They got back to me quickly, were really easy to talk to, and didn’t make the whole thing feel more complicated than it needed to be.
